The summer retreat is open to people of every age who want to practice the wisdoms of meditation and Qi Gong,to

and aware mind. This gives us balance for the speed of our everyday lives.
In the Shambhala warrior tradition the tiger is one of the four dignities. The tiger has a relaxed and energized body,
it moves mindfully and rests in a state of simplicity. There is no need of arrogance because the tiger knows his
nature, so it is seen as meek and without prejudice.
Through the practice of meditation we can rediscover these attributes and reconnect to our basic goodness.
Meditation as presented to us by Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, is not only about mindfulness practice but joing
mindfulness and awareness in our everyday lives.
Qi Gong helps to synchronise body and mind in a very tiger-like, gentle way. We will learn Zhan Zhuang and other
Qi Gong exerxises as a mindful practise for liberating the body of tension and blocked energy.
